Carry are the fourth and final track off The Sea Kings debut EP 'An Introduction To The Sea Kings'. I hope you all have enjoyed it as well as I have, and I for one are eagerly awaiting the new material from The Sea Kings.

"Interview with The Sea Kings

Ch.L.: Country/Folk Music has many new fans in Europe, who may be hearing about you for the first time. How would you describe yourself and the music you play to someone who’s never seen or heard you before?

JW: The Sea Kings are different because it really is a collision of three different styles of music coming together; commercial, folk-acoustic and experimental. Before we started writing together we gigged playing each other’s songs, supporting with back-up guitar or drums, and backing vocals. This went well, but began to cause confusion at gigs when having to explain the type of music we played, as well as trying to maintain an equal split of the set, so we thought we’d try writing songs together, and become more of a band.

The band have been writing and recording songs together for a year, and they are currently recording their first album. I’ve only heard two songs by the band so far, “Sails and boards” and “Villages”, both really good. I am very much looking forward to hearing more from this band.

The vocals are especially strong, and all the three members take part in the singing. The vocal arrangements and harmonies are very, very good."
